Row the Boat

Row the Boat

~ By: David Lynch - Dublin Ireland

This photo was taken on Lake Titicaca in May 2009 in the afternoon.

I felt great after taking this photo.

I spent a night on one of the islands on the lake with a host family. I was very impressed with their hospitality and their positive upbeat demeanor.

We had some great home cooking and the whole experience was fantastic, even though these people didn't have a lot they were so welcoming that it really was one of the highlights of my trip to Peru.

I used a Nikon D90 with an 18-200 mm lens.

Have fun while shooting some great pics, and some day you may have your photo appear in National Geographic.
