Medical in Mancora, Peru

Medicine and medical advice: We went into Mancora today from where we live in Los Organos. Since our usual pharmacy didn't have the medicine we needed, we went to another one.

We ended up having a long talk with the pharmacist, Manuel Acevedo. He gave really good advice on taking the medications and I would recommend anyone in Mancora who needs some medical advice to go talk to him. He is a pharmaceutical MD with six years of university.

Since Lin and I have done medical transcription for years and were familiar with the meds we needed to pick up, we were able to verify what he was telling us.

The address is on the main street, Av. Piura, almost across from the Municipalidad (city offices).
