Buses in Peru
CIFA to Mancora
The best was probably Cruz del Sur. Oltursa was very good also. These leave Lima for most major destinations in Peru. We recommend El Dorado, also. CIAL is a shorter bus line and is OK. CIFA travels from Guayaquil, Ecuador to Piura, Peru and points in between. We have used them a number of times going back and forth from Ecuador with mixed feelings. The night bus cama is a better choice than the day bus. Ronco looks nice but has the worst reputation of inter-provincial buses in Peru for their wrecks. Avoid them on mountain roads. |
