Peru - Picture-Perufect
Here is the latest update on what's happening at Inside-Peru.
It's been a little over a month since the last newsletter. For travelers, the strike situation in the Puno area has been a concern.
The international border crossing from Peru into Bolivia has been
closed and reopened several times. The situation is still uncertain there, so best to avoid the Puno/Lake Titicaca area.
Also, Bolivia transport officials have called for an indefinite
shut-down, so if you are going into Bolivia, you will probably want to change those plans now, also!

of sawdust, waiting to load my luggage onto another boat on June 17,
Many of these boats were skeletons, once used but now abandoned, docked
at this harbor for many years.
